Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued based on the timing of your cancellation and the rate plan selected at the time of booking:

• Fully Refundable Bookings:
  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date: 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date: No refund.
• Non-Refundable Bookings:
  • These bookings are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the cancellation date.
• No-shows:
  • Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and do not inform us will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Modifications to Bookings

If you need to reschedule your stay:

• Please contact us at least 2 days before your check-in date.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve rate differences.

• Modified bookings may not qualify for a refund if later cancelled.

3. Early Check-Out

If a guest chooses to leave before the end of their booked stay, no refund will be issued for the unused nights.

4. Refund Processing Time

• If your cancellation qualifies for a refund, we will process it and it wiil be credited within  7–14 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

• Any transaction or processing fees charged by your bank or payment gateway are non-refundable.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider partial or full refunds in cases of emergencies or unforeseen situations (e.g., natural disasters, medical emergencies), at our sole discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.

6. Third-Party Bookings

If you booked through a third-party travel site (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), please refer to their refund and cancellation policies. We are not responsible for bookings made outside our official website or reservation channels.
